Hi everyone, I already know some of you from the English Football Forum, and I'm on too many forums to be honest, but that's partly because I do most of the, let's say, outreach activity for the friendly Reading forum 'Royals Rendezvous'. Probably won't be able to commit to being a regular poster but I will certainly browse in to see what's up as much as possible ...
Been a Reading fan since the late 70s, season ticket many years, but a move to North Spain means I'm not back as much as I'd like. Still, got a Spanish wife and two 'Spanglish boys', the younger one (13 yrs old) is doing nicely as a goalie!
I'm a founding member and mod on Royals Rendezvous these days ... but used to be active on the old BBC 606.

Hi and thanks. Stay up? Very dicey, but it's any three from four or even five, so who knows, might be a low points safety this time round ... last 3 seasons under McDermott we've had blistering second half of season surges, so depends if his man management charms can once again produce the goods ...
I won't be bitter if we go down though, it's only the third season in top flight in our entire history, not something we could ever 'expect'!

ouch, that's a new ball game for me. Just hoping to post sensible comments wthout ever deliverately wum-ming anyone!
